The on-site inspection conducted at our laboratory by experts from the Republic of Turkey Ministry of Labor and Social Security İSGÜM was completed after lasting a total of 6 working days. Within the scope of the inspection, our quality management system, instrument infrastructure, personnel competence, and all method applications within the application scope were evaluated in detail.
Comprehensive Inspection Lasting Six Working Days
Experts from the Republic of Turkey Ministry of Labor and Social Security İSGÜM conducted an on-site inspection at our laboratory lasting a total of 6 working days, specifically on June 23–25, 2026, and June 30 – July 2, 2026.
The audit was carried out under Article 24 of the Regulation on Occupational Hygiene Measurement, Testing and Analysis and based on the Initial Application, Scope Extension and Certificate Renewal Audit Report in ANNEX-7, serving as the basis for issuing the pre-qualification certificate.
Headings Examined During the Inspection
- Quality management system documentation; quality manual, procedures, test instructions, forms, and records
- Structural and physical conditions of the laboratory; sample reception, weighing, and instrumental analysis areas, monitoring of environmental conditions
- Instrument infrastructure; inventory, calibration certificates, intermediate verification records, and measurement traceability
- Personnel competence; job assignments, training, competence evaluation, and certification records
- Method verification reports and measurement uncertainty budgets; for each parameter within the scope
- Sampling and field measurement practices; on-site practical demonstration of applications
- Reporting process; format of result reporting, decision rules, and traceability of records
